The communications of Groningen Seaports (website and contact App) are the property of and are managed by Groningen Seaports. Groningen Seaports respects your privacy and ensures that the personal information you provide is always treated confidentially and in keeping with the Dutch Personal Data Protection Act. - Processing of personal data

The App
The App, like the website, is used to provide general information about subjects and events concerning Groningen Seaports. However the App offers a number of functionalities in addition to the website. You will need to register (once only) to make use of this extra functionality. The personal data that you provide when registering is processed in accordance with the purposes provided for in paragraph 3 of this Privacy Statement. Once you have registered, you can use the App:
- to easily filter information on the basis of your own preferences so that you only receive information about the subjects you are interested in;
- to respond to information offered in the App and share this response with other users of the App;
- to easily share the information provided in the App with others.
The settings/preferences that you configure in the App are saved on our server. You can change these settings in the App at any time. By using the App you agree to this processing of your data. Any reasons/comments that you send with the App are stored on the computers of Groningen Seaports. - Amendments
This Privacy Statement can be amended. Groningen Seaports will announce these amendments in its communications. Groningen Seaports may process your personal data for purposes that are not yet laid down in this Privacy Statement.
