Groningen Railport is the trading name of N.V. Ontwikkelingsmaatschappij Rail Service Centrum Groningen. The company has been managed by majority shareholder Groningen Seaports since mid-2008. Account is rendered for the policy pursued at the General Meeting of Shareholders. In addition to Groningen Seaports, the Municipality of Veendam is the other shareholder.
